RFMW announced sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s 2-bit, fast-switching digital step attenuator (DSA). The PE43205 offers 29nS switching time when transitioning between 6, 12 or 18 dB of attenuation. Simple, coarse attenuation is a great benefit for robust receiver gain control designs. Specified from 35MHz to 6GHz, the PE43205 offers IIP3 of 61dBm for highly linear, wide dynamic range circuits.
