Oscillator

Model SOM-94308315-10-S1 is a free running W band mechanically tuned Gunn oscillator with +15dBm minimum output power from 90.0 GHz to 98.0 GHz. The mechanical tuning is accomplished via a micrometer. The bias voltage and current to operate the oscillator is at +10 Vdc and 200 mA typically. The oscillator is also bias tunable to allow frequency modulation via its bias port.
