The AHP2225-38-3330 is a three stage pHEMT MMIC based power amplifier module offering 33 dB of linear gain and 30.0 dBm minimum output power at 1 dB gain compression point over the frequency range from 18.0 to 26.5 GHz with excellent gain flatness and VSWR. It has built-in DC voltage regulators and voltage inverters and requires only a single +9.0~12.0V DC power supply.
