Discrete Transistors

The LA2541 and LS2541 are the latest products from the 28VDC family of push-pull LDMOS transistors manufactured by Polyfet RF Devices. They are unmatched, discrete transistors that can be operated anywhere from 1MHz to 1.3GHz. Their high drain breakdown voltage rating of 80VDC provides for reliable operation from up to 32VDC drain voltage.
