Exodus Advanced Communications announced a family of state of the art, high peak pulse power amplifiers. The 400W AMP3004P is one of a modular series covering the X-band radar frequencies at duty cycles of up to 20% and peak power levels exceeding 500W for modules and 10KW for systems. These feature Class AB GaN hybrid design in a small and lightweight form factor. Suitable for all X-Band radar applications including phased array, airborne and coastal radar systems.
