Mixers

Marki Microwave announced two new millimeter wave double-balanced MMIC mixers. The new MM1-1140H features an ultraband IF response from DC-12 GHz, with an RF/LO frequency coverage of 11 to 40 GHz. The MM1-1875H complements the existing high IF tuner mixer lineup (the ML1-1850, ML1-1644. and ML1-2567LS) with a DC-21 GHz IF and 18-57 GHz RF/LO. Both mixers feature outstanding LO-RF isolations of 47 and 45 dB typical, respectively.  Due to the high isolation, spurious suppression is also excellent for all canceled spurious products.
