High-Power Amp

The MB.502.5G504850 is the newest addition to EliteRF’s portfolio of high-power RF amplifiers that incorporates advanced, state-of-the-art, GaN on SiC technology. It is biased class AB and has 48dB of gain, works in CW or Pulsed mode, covers from 500MHz to 2.5GHz, and is available in 100W and 200W options.

This amplifier can be used in narrowband and multi-octave bandwidth applications. It is well suited for a variety of applications including radar, jammers, industrial, scientific, medical and laboratory use. Like all EliteRF amplifiers it comes with a 5-year warranty.
