QPSK Modulator
Model M2D-70N-2JJ is a digitally controlled PIN diode QPSK modulator that operates from 13.395 -14.05 GHz with a dynamic range of 0, 90, 180 and 270 Degrees. The amplitude balance is +/- 0.5 dB with a phase vs. frequency of +/- 5.0 degrees. This unit features an insertion loss of less than 5.5 dB with a 1.75:1 V.S.W.R. in 50 Ohms.
