The HMC7229LS6 is a four-stage GaAs pHEMT MMIC Power Amplifier with an integrated temperature compensated on-chip Power Detector, which operates between 37 and 40 GHz. Ideal for covering the 38 GHz licensed microwave radio band, the amplifier provides 24 dB of gain and +31.5 P1dBm output power while drawing 1200 mA from a +6V DC supply.
