Low Noise Amplifier
ParkerVision introduced the PVL2520R, a dual-band LNA that integrates gain and power management into one IC. It has an ultra-low power consumption under 23 mW, with a Noise Figure of 1.9 dB at 2 GHz. Gain is 12 to 14 dB in High Gain Mode and - 4.5 dB in bypass mode, and it has an IIP3 of +15 dBm at 2 GHz in High Gain Mode.
