RFMW offers support for TriQuint Semiconductor's TAT9988, an ultra-linear GaAs/GaN amplifier MMIC intended for output stage amplification in CATV infrastructure applications. This 24 V power doubler features 24 dB gain at 1 GHz. P1dB is 31 dBm. CATV OEM customers, subcontractors and ODMs will appreciate GaN HEMT processes offering as much as 2 dB higher gain.
