Doublers
TriQuint Semiconductor released two members of its TriAccess™ hybrid-packaged power doubler family -- CATV infrastructure devices that are the first to utilize proprietary on-die linearization for best-in-class performance including excellent gain and low distortion. Also announced were two GaN monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) power doublers.
