Vishay Intertechnology extended its PHP series of precision high-power thin film chip resistors with new devices in the compact 0603 and 0805 case sizes offering high power ratings of 0.375 W and 0.675 W, respectively. With stable film and performance characteristics of 1000 ppm at +70 °C for 2,000 hours, they are ideal for telecommunications, and test and measurement instrumentation and equipment.
