Model SFA-903983418-10KF-N1 is a W band X4 active multiplier with center frequency at 94 GHz with minimum ± 4 GHz operational bandwidth. The active multiplier converts 22.5 to 24.5 GHz/+5 dBm input signal to +18 dBm output power in the frequency range of 90 to 98 GHz. The active multiplier has better than -25 dBc harmonic suppression.
