Richardson RFPD announced full design support for a low noise amplifier from Qorvo. The TGA2227-SM is a packaged LNA offering high electrical performance and exceptional robustness-to-incident power. It operates over from 2 to 22 GHz and delivers greater than 15 dB small signal gain and greater than +22 dBm P1dB, while supporting 2 dB mid-band noise figure. Robustness-to-incident power levels of up to 10 Watts support potential system cost savings and board area reduction.
