CuFlon has documented performance up to 18 GHz with a 2.05dk and .00045 loss tangent. Over the years there has been considerable work with third party testing of Teflon (PTFE) in the millimeter wave frequency spectrum.  One such study performed in 1959 by NASA in the E Band region reveals a dk of 2.06 and loss tangent of .00022 from 60 to 90GHz. CuFlon has proven performance in high frequency and high power applications.
