Model SFP-223KF-S1 is a resistive diode based Q band passive tripler designed and built with a balanced waveguide configuration, which offers low harmonic emission and high conversion efficiency. It exhibits 20 dB typical conversion loss and converts +20 dBm input power at 11 GHz to 16.67 GHz to 0 dBm minimum output power at 33 to 50 GHz.
