40W & 100W Switches

The 40W TGS2354-SM and the 100W TGS2355-SM are new GaN SPDT reflective switches from TriQuint. They operate from 0.5 to 6 GHz and maintain low insertion loss (< 1.1 dB) and excellent isolation (> 25 dB typical for the TGS2354-SM and 40 dB typical for the TGS2355-SM), making them ideal for high-power switching applications including radar, communications, electronic warfare, and test instruments.
