Power Amp
RFMW announced design and sales support for a multi-stage power amplifier designed for WiFi applications. The Qorvo RFPA5218 consumes less than 1.7W of DC power while providing +25dBm output power at an EVM of -30dBm (MCS7, HT20/40 standard). Applicable for access points and wireless routers operating in the 2412 to 2484MHz frequency range, the RFPA5218 offers 32dB of gain. Packaged as a 3x3mm QFN.
