Fast-Switching Synthesizers: 50 MHz to 20 GHz 

Micro Lambda Wireless announced release of a “revolutionary” smaller and lower phase noise frequency synthesizer. This is the first in a series of standard frequency models covering 50 MHz to 20 GHz. Phase noise at 10 GHz is specified at -124 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset with a switching speed of 10 uSec full band. Standard models are specified to operate over the 0 to +60 C. This series has been designed in a miniature package with dimensions are 4.0” x 3.6” x 0.9” tall. Units come with a 9 pin Molex connector for all input voltages and signals as well as a standard USB mini-b connector.
