Lansdale Semiconductor announced continued availability of the ML1590/BGA, National Stock Number (NSN) 5962-01-280-2203. The ML1590 is supplied in (8) lead metal cans to Standard Microcircuit Drawing (SMD) 5962-876570 integrated circuits (ICs), originally designed and built by Motorola/Freescale Semiconductor. Applications support mature circuit designs in Military Systems as well as new designs for Video Amplifiers, Mixers and staged IF Amplifiers and can be used in Navigation Test Instrumentation and GPS.
