Model No. P4T-9D25G-60-R-SFF-5W is a 9.25 GHz ± 30 MHz, single-pole, four throw solid-state switch capable of handling input power levels up to +37dBm peak with a maximum PRF of 8 kHz and a maximum pulse width of 1.5 us. It can handle an average input power of +33 dBm CW while offering low insertion loss of 2.0 dB maximum and over 40 dB of isolation. Switching speed is 50 ns and DC operating voltages are +5VDC & -12VDC.
