True RMS Power Sensor 

LadyBug Technologies’ LB5900 series high accuracy True-RMS power sensors offer an industry leading 86dB measurement range and can withstand over +36dBm pulsed power without damage. These features make the sensor ideal for use in calibration and other applications that require high speed, accuracy, and sensitivity, with the possibility of transient peaks that could easily damage other sensors.

PMI Model No. P4T-10G40G-60-T-292FF is a SP4T Solid-State, Absorptive Switch that operates from 10 to 40 GHz. This model offers over 60 dB of isolation and less than 6 dB insertion loss. The rise time is less than 15 ns and the fall time is less than 5 ns typically. Designed to operate with input power levels up to +23 dBm CW. The DC Supply is +5 V, 75 mA and -5 V, 45 mA typically. Housing measures 1.25” x 1.25” x 0.50” and is supplied with 2.92mm Female connectors.

Extension Module

OML’s Signal Generator Frequency Extension Module can extend the frequency range of your existing 20 GHz microwave synthesizer to millimeter wave frequencies. Modules are available to span the waveguide bands between 50 and 500 GHz. These source modules are RoHS compliant. In addition, an option is available for manual power sweeps using a micrometer as a tuning mechanism. This 5-day lecture-based course explains essential RF measurements that must be made on modern wireless communications equipment - mobile/smart phones, wireless LANs, GPS navigation systems, and others. Model SFA-603903416-12KF-S1 is an active X4 frequency multiplier. The multiplier has an input frequency of 15 to 22.5 GHz with a typical input power of +3 dBm and an output frequency of 60 to 90 GHz with a typical output power of +16 dBm. The multiplier also has a typical harmonic suppression of -20 dBc. The DC power requirement for the multiplier is +8 VDC/500 mA. The input port configuration is a female K connector and the output is a WR-12 waveguide with a UG-387/U flange. Other port configurations are available under different model numbers.

Model SFB-12-N1 is an E-Band balanced mixer that utilizes high performance GaAs Schottky beam-lead diodes and a balanced circuit configuration to offer superior RF performance. The mixer supports the full waveguide band operation for both LO and RF frequencies from 60 to 90 GHz with an extremely broad IF output from DC to 30 GHz. The mixer offers a conversion loss of 9 dB typical and a high RF to LO port isolation of 30 dB.
