Power Sensor: 1 MHz to 18 GHz

LadyBug Technologies’ LB5918A Power Sensor measures RF power at frequencies from 1 MHz to 18 GHz. The sensor has excellent sensitivity and measures from -60 dBm to +20 dBm. One of the latest advanced features is un-attended operation. Functioning in conjunction with the built-in, backed-up, real time clock, this programmable feature allows the sensor perform automated measurements with no connection other than power. Once programmed, it can make and store over 100 million measurements into the built-in flash memory.

Antenna Switch

RFMW announced design and sales support for a DPDT antenna switch from Skyworks. The SKY13698-694LF offers insertion loss of only 0.27dB over the wide frequency range of 400 to 5900MHz supporting emerging, high band applications such as LAA/LTE-U and sub-6 GHz. Port to port isolation is 30dB. No external DC blocking capacitors are required on the RF path as long as no DC voltage is applied externally. The SKY13698-694LF DPDT switch is provided in a compact Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) 1.83 × 1.83 × 0.5 mm package.
